Se trata del m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico registrado hasta ahora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inscripci\u00f3n en el CERA es obligatoria para los espa\u00f1oles que residen permanentemente en el extranjero. Estar inscrito en este censo permite a estas personas\u00a0ejercer el derecho de voto\u00a0en las elecciones generales, auton\u00f3micas, Parlamento Europeo,\u00a0refer\u00e9ndum y Consejo de Residentes Espa\u00f1oles de Hamburgo &#8211; CRE).
