El Ayuntamiento se comprometi\u00f3 con los vecinos a que en 2015 Getxo contar\u00eda con un millar de viviendas protegidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, las dos promociones de viviendas en construcci\u00f3n actualmente en Getxo -Alango y Ormaza Bekoa- concluir\u00e1n sobre 2014 por lo que ser\u00e1 bastante improbable que el Ayuntamiento tenga margen para cumplir con su promesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la zona de Alango se prev\u00e9 la construcci\u00f3n de 178 viviendas mientras que en Ormaza Bekoa ser\u00e1n 40. Adem\u00e1s el\u00a0pasado mes de noviembre el Ayuntamiento anunciaba su intenci\u00f3n de construir de 63 viviendas de protecci\u00f3n oficial en la zona de Maidagan. Con todo ello el consistorio conseguir\u00eda construir en total 278 viviendas protegidas para 2015.
