Las obras deber\u00e1n tener una duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 1 minuto, podr\u00e1n presentarse en cualquier idioma, y pueden realizarse con m\u00f3vil, iphone, pda, webcam, c\u00e1mara de fotos o video digital.
