El suceso tuvo lugar a las 16:30 horas. En ese momento, la Polic\u00eda Local recibi\u00f3 una llamada telef\u00f3nica de la v\u00edctima, una mujer de 35 a\u00f1os de edad, para dar cuenta de la situaci\u00f3n, por lo que acudi\u00f3 al domicilio conyugal donde se hab\u00eda producido la presunta agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al parecer, tras una discusi\u00f3n entre la pareja, el var\u00f3n agredi\u00f3 a la mujer cuando \u00e9sta intent\u00f3 abandonar el domicilio. Con posterioridad, la mujer pudo abandonar la vivienda y esper\u00f3 en el portal la llegada de los agentes, quienes, le trasladaron al hospital de Cruces para ser atendida.
