El pasado mes de octubre el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Getxo\u00a0dio luz verde a la aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva del Estudio de Detalle para la sustituci\u00f3n\u00a0de este inmueble\u00a0situado en el n\u00famero\u00a0n\u00ba 1 de la calle Manuel Smith.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sustituci\u00f3n de este edificio por otra construcci\u00f3n que prev\u00e9 realizar Construcciones Loibe 2000, S.L. ha ocasionado el derribo\u00a0de este emblem\u00e1tico espacio de Las Arenas que\u00a0vio languidecer su actividad durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wrAWRghaTFQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El edificio que durante a\u00f1os ha acogido el Restaurante El Chalet\u00a0en Las Arenas ya ha sido demolido.
