Y despu\u00e9s ha sido el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Pa\u00eds Vasco (TSJPV) quien ha venido a ratificar la sentencia anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, el Equipo de Gobierno parece no haber aprendido la lecci\u00f3n de las elecciones del 28 de mayo donde perdi\u00f3 la mayor\u00eda absoluta y sigue empecinado en malgastar dinero p\u00fablico en pleitos y en recursos hasta agotar todas las posibilidades.
