La construcci\u00f3n, situada en el municipio de Leioa pero colindante con el barrio de Las Arenas (Getxo), hab\u00eda permanecido parada durante a\u00f1os, convirti\u00e9ndose en una estampa habitual pero inconclusa del entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, el muro que rodeaba el edificio inacabado mostraba desde hac\u00eda tiempo el cartel de \u00abse vende\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, con los trabajos ya reanudados, se exhiben carteles donde se anuncia que el nuevo edificio albergar\u00e1 un nuevo centro de formaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque se ubica en Leioa, su proximidad con el n\u00facleo urbano de Getxo ha hecho que algunos vecinos del municipio se hayan interesado por la evoluci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras a\u00f1os de abandono, el esqueleto de hormig\u00f3n de la calle Amaia vuelve a estar en obras.
