Seg\u00fan explica, las varillas met\u00e1licas sobresalen del suelo y suponen un serio riesgo para los peatones, especialmente para los ni\u00f1os que circulan en bicicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El denunciante recuerda que la normativa obliga a cubrir estos elementos con caperuzones rojos de seguridad para evitar accidentes.
