La gesti\u00f3n, inexistente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En mayo de 2025, el consejero de Vivienda del Gobierno Vasco, Denis Itxaso (PSE-EE), y la alcaldesa de Getxo, Amaia Aguirre (PNV), acud\u00edan a Areneazpi 49 para anunciar a bombo y platillo 58 nuevas viviendas p\u00fablicas de alquiler. Hablaron de compromiso institucional, de emancipaci\u00f3n juvenil y de facilitar el acceso a la vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de aquella foto propagand\u00edstica, las 58 viviendas siguen vac\u00edas.<br>Ni j\u00f3venes viviendo, ni llaves entregadas. Solo otro ejemplo de pol\u00edtica de escaparate: titulares, c\u00e1maras y promesas que no se cumplen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras miles de personas tienen serias dificultades para acceder a una vivienda en Getxo, un edificio p\u00fablico completamente terminado permanece cerrado desde hace meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La imagen que vendieron como s\u00edmbolo de gesti\u00f3n se ha convertido en el retrato perfecto de la ineficacia institucional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La foto de la Alcaldesa de Getxo y el Consejero de vivienda del Gobierno vasco fue r\u00e1pida.
