{"id":8011,"date":"2014-06-24T12:10:35","date_gmt":"2014-06-24T11:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.diariodegetxo.es\/?p=8011"},"modified":"2016-09-09T12:17:15","modified_gmt":"2016-09-09T10:17:15","slug":"piden-un-reconocimiento-publico-al-primer-piloto-aviador-de-getxo-manolo-zubiaga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariodegetxo.es\/?p=8011","title":{"rendered":"Piden un reconocimiento p\u00fablico al primer piloto-aviador de Getxo, Manolo Zubiaga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Grupo Municipal Socialista de Getxo presentar\u00e1 al Pleno Municipal de hoy una moci\u00f3n para que el Ayuntamiento realice un reconocimiento p\u00fablico al primer piloto-aviador del municipio, Manolo Zubiaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La moci\u00f3n propone la colocaci\u00f3n de una placa conmemorativa frente al lugar donde realiz\u00f3 un amerizaje de emergencia en 1913, en la Plaza Marina de Castilla (confluencia del Muelle de Las Arenas con el Paseo Marqu\u00e9s de Arriluce).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El portavoz socialista, Luis Almansa, ha recordado que en julio del pasado a\u00f1o se cumpli\u00f3 el centenario de la llegada en vuelo a Getxo procedente de Biarritz v\u00eda Zarautz de Manolo Zubiaga, nacido en Algorta y primer piloto-aviador de Getxo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abFue un vuelo lleno de peripecias que acab\u00f3 en un amerizaje de emergencia en el Abra de Getxo. Tal haza\u00f1a, a la que la prensa y publicaciones de inter\u00e9s general de la \u00e9poca, le dieron la importancia que merec\u00eda, convirtieron al ilustre getxotarra, en el alma de la aviaci\u00f3n vasca.
